A graduate of the John Marshall Law School finishing in the top 15% of his class, Mark was trained to try cases. He has extensive experience working for insurance companies while going to law school. After passing the Illinois and California Bar Exams on the first attempt, he then worked as a civil defense attorney representing various insurance companies. He knows the tactics and strategies these large corporations employ to keep claimants from obtaining the full compensation they deserve. Mark has been representing plaintiffs in litigation for many years and has successfully tried over 200 jury trials in addition to handling numerous bench trials, arbitrations, and mediations.
